Problems with the camera.

Whenever I press RMB or LMB, the camera starts moving up or down. Is this how it should be or is it some kind of bug?

Check your hotkeys to see if both buttons are bound on smth or not

Maybe you did it by mistake (I don't think it's a default setting)
